There was no hot water to shower and they didn't fix it until we left the hotel I was disappointed that they did not respond to the problem of the lack of hot water

I feel robbed. We had booked an apartment. We stayed there 4 adults and 2 babies. The agreed priced on the phone and also at the reception at on the booking.com was 350 lei/ night with breakfast. Today when we have checked out they asked us to pay 500 lei/night. They motivated the new price as we were 4 adults and they said that the apartment had this price only for 2 adults and 2 kids, again none informed us and nowhere you can find this info. This is outragerous! Let’s say that 2 kids’s breakfast is like 1 adult, that means that the fourth adult would have to pay separate the breakfast, but still doesn’t make sense to pay extra 300 lei for 2 mornings breakfasts. Because we did sleept in those 2 beds, no extra requests were made. 😠 So disappointing!!! 😞 The positive things about this Villa: The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good, a lot of home made dishes, that you usually don’t get in a B&B. Good quality salammy. Friendly staff. But still I would never return here! Pay extra attention when booking an apartment here as they have this rubbish secret policy to charge you more than they have at the reception. Well heated rooms.
