the room no.3 was too small, but we were there only for sleeping so it pass for us.

Good value for money, air conditioning was a godsend, nice to have balcony & access to fridge & kitchen facilities. The property was spotlessly clean. Host was very courteous & helpful in any interactions. Near to Balluta bay, and nice walks to Spinola & Paceville in one direction & Sliema in the other & only short walk to bus stop. I would definitely stay again.

Just afew small things could have made this perfect, for e.g. a hairdryer and a dustpan & brush. Even just available to borrow from the kitchen press. I travel light & didnt think to bring a hairdryer as they are usually available in hotels i have stayed in and as this was self catering i didnt realise there would not be one. Also the foor in my room needed a good sweep by the end of the stay as no access to a sweeping brush, not great especially when i returned from the beach, leaving gritty sand on the floor! Another thing was the balcony, i had access to a lovely balcony but no furniture aside from the airer (which came in handy!). Even a plastic table & chair would have been welcome. These are just some suggestions to improve the experience, i would happily visit again. Finally if you are walking from the bus at balluta bay you are in for a fun climb up a steep hill with strangely slippy concrete patches on the path, my tip - don't wear sandals!
