Strategically located near to the Museum, Pasar Baru, Braga, AlunX2, Lengkong, Chinatown etc... Staff exceptionally friendly. They go way & beyond to assist you with all your needs. Surprisingly Manager Miss Ineke, staff Dian & staff Agung remember me... they provide professional personalized customer service comparable to that of Marriot. I am definitely coming back! New staff Gilang (Bar), Agung (Reception) are also extra polite & accomodating. Housekeeping staff - very meticulous & room is spick & span. Already spread this good vibe to my friends in Singapore & I am looking forward to coming back in May 2026.

TV connection to channels like Netflix a bit slow. Other than that everything else works.

"Prima sfeervol verblijf op een goede locatie voor een paar nachten"

De ligging, zeer schoon, vriendelijk personeel. Lekkere koffie , uitgebreide kaart in het restaurant met bijzondere gerechten

Wastafel was in de hotelkamer ipv in de badkamer en alleen met koud water. Tijdens het douchen werd de hele badkamer nat.
