Nulová komunikácia poskytovateľa ubytovania. Mali sme s dcérou zarezervované ubytovanie s odsúhlasenou požiadavkou príchodu medzi 20.00-21.00. Poskytovateľ ubytovania nám poslal inštrukcie k vyzdvihnutiu kľúča zo schránky, po príchode na miesto a zadaní PIN kódu (ktorý už na schránke bol zadaný) sa kľúče v schránke nenachádzali. Pre istotu sme vyskúšali aj druhú schránku (s rovnakým kódom), samozrejme bez kľúčov. Následne sme sa snažili kontaktovať ubytovanie (min. 10 telefonátov), bez odpovede. Taktiež sme to vyskúšali cez zvonček priamo v penzióne (recepcia mala byť otvorená do 21.00, bolo 20.50), bez výsledku... nakoniec sme boli nútené si večer nájsť nové ubytovanie. Absolútne neodporúčam, ak nechcete ostať v noci v cudzom meste bez ubytovania.

Great location in old town. The reception was a bit trickier to find, but the staff helped us and overall the staff was very friendly with us :) our room was clean and cozy. Overall good experience.
