Modern and comfortable, location wins the prize. Lovely kind cleaning lady helped carry luggage up the two flights of stairs.

Not allowed to drop off luggage before check-in at 15:00. Paid a fortune to store a few blocks away. No communication and no one to meet you. Codes only. Impersonal. Gave no information or maps with tips.
