This is a nice guesthouse in the heart of the historical centre of Verona, just behind the Duomo (cathedral). We chose it for a one-night stay mainly because it was very cheap and nicely located. The property is really stylish, with (hopefully) original antique furniture etc. Our room with a private bathroom was quite comfortable for an overnight stay, and had everything needed. The common area with a kitchen and a fridge is appreciated. We did not see the staff, but got all the necessary instructions, so that my wife, who arrived earlier, could check in without problems.

The heating was a bit too strong. What is important to know (not a drawback of the property, of course) is that there is virtually no public transport in the centre of Verona after 8:30 pm, so, once my train was delayed, I had to take a taxi from the railway station (10 Euro).

La posizione eccellente vicinissima al centro...riscaldamenti all arrivo e sempre a temperatura ideale...bollitore a disposizione...servizi eccezionali....materasso comodissimo. Consigliatissimo

Una sola difficoltà il cuscino era troppo basso ne ho trovato un altro nell armadio ma dovevo cambiare federa...sarebbe stato più agevole trovarne già 2 pronti x di spessore diverso.

The room is excellent and very distinctive. It's also close to the surrounding scenic spots.

The style of the house was great. The location was a plus.

They did not disclose prior to booking that the property was shared with other people. So the rooms were across from each other with a private bathroom; however, the kitchen and living area were shared. I specifically wanted a more private area. This felt very Airbnb-style. Overall, it was good, just not as private as expected.
