Delicious dinner prepared by our hosts. Kalmari and fish were best we ate during our trip and it was charged with very reasonable price.

Great stay- large spacious room with working desk. Host was incredible, very kind and ensured we were comfortable . Lovely breakfast . Local beach just a 2 ‘minute walk away-Would recommend.

Fantastic property..large room and bathroom - everything clean working perfectly ..location was perfect near a quiet, clean superb beach. Dinesh and Shashi were perfect hosts and made us feel at home and took care of all our needs and arranged our visits to sites, and served us a delicious breakfast ..a great place to stay for a long.period of time.

Clean rooms and bathrooms, welcoming hosts, big size rooms, close proximity to the beach. comfortable spaces to sit in room and outside around the villa. it is in a peaceful and quite locality if that is what you are seeking - you can walk to the beach, relax there and enjoy the sea and sun and food from a few restaurants at the beach side.

variety of food options at the stay or around - they are good but a bit limited. high cost of commuting to nearby places of tourist interest. not very easy to get vehicle rentals.

Really loved this place. We wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately someone beat us to it. Breakfast was amazing and staff were lovely. There is a kitchen you can use and washing machine too for a small fee. The beach is very nice and quiet with a few decent restaurants. It is about a 2 minute walk from the house.

We liked everything! Spacious clean room with AC, delicious breakfast, beautiful garden and really lovely and helpful hosts ❤️ We loved to visit the turtle conservation project nearby and there is an abandoned beautiful beach 5 minutes by walk. We would definitely stay there again as we unfortunately had only 1 night.

Couldn't

Called them on the morning of the check-in to confirm my arrival time - was informed that the reservation had been cancelled due to over-booking. Mind you, at this point I'm in a new country where I don't know the language, don't know anyone and now I don't even have a place to stay. It was only thanks to our driver who helped us get a place or our entire vacation would have been jeopardized. The owner said she had requested Booking.com for the booking to be cancelled, but I didn't receive any notification whatsoever till the day of my scheduled check-in. Now I don't know who is at fault for this mess but it for sure makes me doubt the reliability of this platform.

Wow only lovely words for this place! First of all: the owners are the best. They are so friendly and helpful. Second: the house is great. The room is very clean, you have a fan and AC, big bathroom, a terrace, good wifi and a nice green garden. Also breakfast was delicious! And at last: the house is 2 minutes walk from a quiet beach and also a supermarket. If you want some rest and not in a touristic area. This is perfect!

The family especially the lady owner Sashini who always try to do her best to make our stay unforgettable. The villa itself and the garden it soothed our tired mind and body after a long journey.
