The location is great close to everything. The bed was very comfy. There was an extra electric heater. Good Wi-Fi

The drain smell in the bathroom when we first came in. The decor is in need of some TLC some parts look tired. General maintenance around the shower area, around the cooker hood where it’s unfinished. Paint coming off the wall which looks like it’s due to damp Just needs some attention to detail. In need of extra cutlery and glasses. Storage heaters which meant it was very cold when we arrived and took 2 hours to warm up.

The location is great. The beds were comfy.

The heating was all electric heaters so it was cold when we arrived, once they had warmed the place up it was ok, and plenty of heaters are provided. Beware of parking restrictions, my sister got a ticket on the street as we were unloading luggage and before she had put in the parking permit, but hopefully this will be appealed, make sure the permit is put in straight away to your vehicle.

Nice little place to stay in Whitby! The apartment has everything you need, location is pretty good just a short walk to the main shops, pubs etc. Nice and clean would stay again

Takes a while to heat up but once heated was lovely

Functional, clean and well equipped. We wanted for nothing and were pleased to be greeted with milk and coffee in the kitchen. All towels and bedding provided.

It’s up a fairly steep staircase. The communal corridors need a lick of paint (not horrendous but are a bit worn).. the WiFi is weak because the router is a long way from the upper levels.

Maybe a little bit of info about the heating system and hot water . However both were excellent when we found where to switch them on .

The location and room size.

Settee needs replacing. Extra blanket needed in bedroom, salt and pepper in kitchen would be nice. Fire alarm hanging down.only one wine glass.

Very good position

The warm water was not working in one of the bedrooms. The main window was stuck and could not be locked which would not have been a major issue in a safe town like Whitby. However, we were worried for our 5 year old daughter’s safety nonetheless. Fortunately, I managed to fix this myself and lock it. The cleaners did a half job as there was fluff present on the floors and crumbs in the kitchen as well as grime on some window frames and walls which I have easily wiped myself. The owner was understanding enough and apologised for the issues. They agreed to a full refund after several requests. However, I would have expected the full refund out of their own initiative.

Very comftable appartment very spacious nice big kitchen and on the door step to all amenities.
