The room with ensuite bathroom was good value. It’s located within easy distance of the city/buses that can take you around Bergamo. The building was easy to access with a mobile interface (no physical key). Room was clean and comfortable with all amenities, bed was comfortable, we had a fridge, the bathroom was spacious, and it was good to come back to an air conditioned room after the hot days (though you could not change the A/C settings).

It’s impersonal- there was no one to communicate with. On the third day someone cleaned the room without our knowledge, meaning someone accessed the room without any warning. I understand they want to give guests a good experience, but there was no advanced notice or door sign to refuse it (like you would have in a hotel). Small thing: The main hall had an air refreshener that was way too strong.

Apartamento agradável e boa limpeza.

A insonorização nao é muito boa, o facto de ser junto à casa de banho exterior nao permite um bom descanso.

It was clean and fresh and in good location

Shared bathroom but it was great and clean and people left it looking like wonderful
