Odlična usluga za plaćenu cijenu, ugodan domaćin.

El alojamiento está completamente nuevo, en un edificio nuevo. A unos 5 minutos andando del tranvía. El anfitrión fue muy amable con nosotros además de atentos. La opción que nosotros cogimos era la habitación sin cocina, pero cuenta con una pequeña nevera, tazas y calentador de agua. Estaba todo muy bien.

Location is nice, in a relatively quiet area of the city. Not very close from the center but 5 min away to the tram lines that takes you right in the center. There is a railway nearby, but fortunately the balcony door is good quality and soundproof. The underground parking is a big plus, you have your own spot for the entire stay. The room was small but very clean, the big balcony is a great plus. There is a mini fridge, kettle, coffee, glasses and tea cups. The host, Mr. Nenad is a wonderful person, very nice and helpful. Big thanks to him.

There were some well designed closets that maximize your space, but we felt the need for a space to put a suitcase. Otherwise, we felt ok with our stay, good value for the price.

The place was perfectly clean and the parking spot in the garage was a big plus.
