- Parkplatz vor der Tür - gemütliches kleines Zimmer für 3 Personen ausreichend - Küche vorhanden (leider keine Töpfe, Pfannen) - lieber Hund zum Spielen für die Kinder - zwei gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe - gute Lage um überall mit dem Auto hinzukommen

- laut wenn im Zimmer oben drüber jemand lang läuft oder die Spülung und Wasser betätigt
