"Not quite the standard we were expecting"

We were disappointed that dinner was a buffet, not what we expected of an evening meal. The coffee machine was cleaning its self, at breakfast, we had to wait 30 minutes before the staff decided to make us coffee from the coffee machine in the kitchen.
