Everything! The staff, the food, the spa, the room. We will recommend it to everyone!

It’s in a bit of a difficult location for those traveling by bus. Walking with other than a backpack is a bit much. Having a pickup service in their information would be great. We did ask about it, and the staff once we arrived, took us down to the bus stop on departure, very kind.

It's the best hotel we were to be. - great variety in breakfast and dinner - great location with beautiful view - good service - attractions in relative proximity (especially Morskie Oko)

- the kettle in the room was dirty and rusty - not all guests understand that after 22 they should be more quiet
