DEGreat location. Really close to the sea, to travel agencies, good restaurants and a supermarket. Scooter rental for 120k VND per day possible. Helpful owner.
The fridge was really dirty and stinky. No free water bottles or sockets near the bed as well as no desk despite being advertised.
GBLocation is excellent, I can see the sea and beach from my bedroom window and it's a 2 minute walk if that. Also close to the road with lots of eateries and shops and bars. Location is quite at night and the WiFi is good. Room is really big lots of free space and a table and chairs. The bed is large. Both aircon and a fan are provided. There is a separate area with fridge and space to chop fruit etc and power there for a kettle. The bathroom is also large with very hot water in the afternoon. The owners are very friendly and helpful with renting bikes and information on where to go. Booked for 3 nights, stayed for 5 and would definitely come back again.
