"Our stay was amazing and I will return!"

The location was good. Helpful to have rental scooters to get around. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I struggled with was the firmness of the mattress. It would be good to have something soft on top of the mattresses!

"8 days of hell."

nothing

rooms are full of bugs, birds in the roof in the bathroom ants everywhere, kitchen pots and pans were literally covered in mould it was disgusting. staff are non existent towels are stained and filthy looking and the location is pretty terrible. construction next door one morning they started loud at 4.30 am when I messaged staff about it they didn’t even reply to me.

I arrived midnight and found nobody there, tried to call then they told me that they are full and that the booking was a mistake. They returned the money through booking though but i had to search for a hotel at midnight and had to pay almost triple the price finding an empty room
