"We’d go back to Napier for The Restio"

Maya and Jonno are wonderful hosts and Maya is an amazing cook. Breakfast was exceptional made with local produce. We also had dinner with them which was very tasty. They kindly offered Vegetarian options for me. Their cafe is also very good and I’d say the best coffee and cheesecake we’ve tasted around the area. Mocca made our stay so much better, she is a very good girl! We’ll be certainly be back.

"Great hospitality in an exceptionally comfortable overnight stay."

A really good stay over at the home of Jonno and Maya Maile. The house has been beautifully restored and we enjoyed an excellent nights sleep in a very comfortable bed and room. An exceptional breakfast was prepared for us by Maya the next day, and we enjoyed their great hospitability. The guest house is very centrally situated in the quaint town of Napier. An easy walk to restaurants and shops. They also have a coffee shop on the premises which would be very handy.

The perfect escape to the lovely town of Napier. Our stay at the Restio was exceptional, to say the least! Maya and Jonno are amazing hosts who are warm and welcoming. The guesthouse is so beautiful and our room was stunning. Breakfast in the morning was so delicious. You cannot visit Napier or drive past without staying at the Restio! You will not be disappointed. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and cannot wait to visit again. Thank you Maya and Jonno for having us.

We can't fault the Restio for anything! It was perfect.
