clean and good location, bus station is very close

easy to check in, close to the center. there is a bike parking place nearby and with 2 euro one can be anywhere in the city in less than 10 min. This is amazing.

In description was no information about the neighbors in the flat! We were really surprised as we found out, that we rent only a tiny room with one bed inside (for 120 euro plus tourist task) and that we shared the kitchen and dining room with other customers! So I was awake at 7 o'clock because the neighbor made a coffee with machine wich was very loud! The place is very far from center, no supermakt close to it. The bathroom was also tiny and old. It was loud outside, a big clinic in front of the house and the main road was noisy. And it was also cold in the night, when I asked the Host how to make it warm, she told me that it is unpossible. The air-condition didn't work also.

The owner offers coffee and a little snack (Fette Biscottate). So, if you're looking for an accommodation with a good breakfast, it's not the wisest choice.

The location is quite far from the city center but you can get easily there by bus (the bus station is very close). I like to walk so I preferred it most of the times. The lady who cleans the apartment is not doing a very good job. I have pictures with dust near bed. I think the owner should find another lady who cleans better.

Quiet location, AC was useful, cleaning was good.

Kitchen has almost no equipment - no wooden spoon, salt, pepper, oil, knives were so dull I had to try to sharpen them, handles on pan and pot were very loose so I tightened them. The "& Cooking" part is misleading at least. Communication with the host - some answers like "No !" and "Morning!!" seemed rude a bit to me.
