Le propriétaire est très gentil, il nous a donné de bonnes adresses, a échangé avec nous et nous a permis de laisser nos sacs le dernier jour. L'emplacement à deux pas de la gare et du cœur de Bologne est idéal. L'appartement est simple mais très propre et bien équipé ! Que du positif quoi!

It was located close to the train station and close to the city centre. It was very clean, had an AC and nice balcony, there also was a coffee machine which we used daily :) The property also have window blinds which is very helpful when you want to sleep in total darkness. There is also a very good pizza place right downstairs which was open really late (and we arrived late, so it saved us from starving!) :) Davide was really helpful and kind enough to check us in late in the evening, so we didn’t have to do it ourselves!

Amazing room and hospitality as well! Clean, quiet, spacious room for 2 persons, with everything that we needed for our 3-day stay. Water, coffee available etc. Extremely comfortable mattress / pillows. Everything was taken care to the last detail which means that the owner treat their guests with great thought and respect. Davide welcomed us and gave substantial instructions for making our stay in Bologna even more beautiful. And guess what, there was an elevator (referred as a non negative aspect, because in many buildings, at most of old towns, there is a lack of it! 10 stars from us! We felt like home - Higly recommended.

Отличная локация рядом с центром и вокзалом. Давид- хозяин- очень отзывчивый и готовый помочь. Я приехала утром, он разрешил оставить чемодан до времени заезда, а также заказал мне такси до аэропорта на обратном пути. В комнате есть кофе-машина и холодильник. Все свежее, чистое, удобная кровать.

Fab room! Great host very welcoming. Good location gave us lots of recommendations in the area.
