La posizione super strategica sia per il centro città che per raggiungere l’Unipol Arena (eravamo in città per un concerto e c’è una comoda navetta che al ritorno ci ha lasciato proprio a un passo dalla struttura). La pulizia e piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza: cialde del caffè a disposizione, tappetini in sughero antiscivolo sulle mensole del comodino, reggi valigia da albergo, lenzuola e asciugamani bianchi (non scontato). Insomma tante piccole cose che fa piacere trovare! In più Davide un host fantastico che ci è venuto incontro per il check out posticipato permettendoci di usufruire del deposito bagagli potendo girare comodamente prima di ripartire! Torneremo e consiglieremo!

Great location, walking distance from the train station and from the city centre. Davide has been a great host, he welcomed us and helped us in every request we had. Room very comfortable and perfectly clean also with a very enjoyable balcony.

Well equipped. I really appreciated having a full size desk.

Location was good, comfortable bed and good shower. the balcony is nice.

Probably didn’t fine. Maybe next time I'd like to have a kettle for boiling water for tea.

Sehr freundlich und zugänglich, wir haben noch gute Empfehlungen für Bologna erhalten. Unterkunft auch super gelegen, separater Eingang, schön eingerichtet.
