Space was enough. The location is good.

The room was clean and very well equipped. Location was great and Dave was very helpful throughout my stay. The balcony was great!

The property is located within a residential building about 15-20 mins walk from the centre. Easily accessible by foot, and In a quiet neighbourhood.

The room was great and is located almost equidistant from the train station and the town centre if you are using Bologna as a base to travel round the area. The area feels nice and safe for walking home at night & there are plenty amenities on the door step. Davide is a great host and sent us recommendations of places to eat. The restaurant at the front of the apartment block does great pizza that you can take away for €6 and there is a small supermarket at the top of the road. The apartment was clean, the air conditioning is good and the bed is comfy. All in all a great stay in Bologna!

Excellent location for station in quiet street and an easy walk to the historic centre.

Nice room, plenty of space

Davide was responsive, gave us many suggestions to eat. The room was clean and location was perfect - close to station but also to maintain city centre and side areas.

everything was nice, clean and near the city centre. I’d recommend it it you are travelling for a couple of days like me :)
