"Okay but could be a long way better with TLC"

The bathroom was clean and modern. The host was very nice.

The common space was a junk heap. With sorting out it could be very nice. The bedroom was also very like furniture had been dumped in it. It could also be rearranged to look heaps better. The bed sheets were not nice to sleep in.

"Nice and sweet, does what it says on the tin."

The owner stayed longer, to accommodate for my late plane arrival, showed me around and was willing to help me with anything I needed. The space was nice and don't let the shared bathroom deceive you, during my short stay, I hadn't encountered anybody in the bathroom what so ever.

The beds could be a bit more comfortable but it's fine, I didn't wake up with soaring back pain, so it could've been worse.

"Location is good, stay and smell horrible."

Very close to the train station

The smell in both the room and bathroom were horrid. The sheets reeked of it too. By the time we left i felt like i smelt disgusting just by being in there.

"This location was perfect for day trips on the train. Easy to walk into the old part of Bologna as well highly recomme"

The location was fabulous. Had a lift. Easy access in and out. Baggage storage close by. Great water pressure. Nice shower.

Need a softer pillow option. Needs a fan option.

Close to station, modern, spacious, clean, easy access

A little noisy with windows open (but ok considering central location). A coffee machine / kettle in the room would have been nice
