Spacious modern rooms which were very clean. Great modern bathroom. Easy to find street parking (paid) near the hotel which is outside the ZTL of Bologna.

We booked this location as it was outside the ZTL and we had a car however, it was around a 20 minute walk into the centre of town. We knew this on arrival, and it's an easy walk but just for the awareness of other travellers - it's not a super central place. Other than this the stay was fantastic!

Direkt kostenfrei Parkplätze am Wochenende vor der Unterkunft. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Es gab sogar ein kostenloses kleines Frühstück. Wir konnten nach check out unsere Koffer im Apartment lassen und haben dafür einen extra Schlüssel erhalten.

The owner was so kind and nice , he was even helpful during the reservation process, describing how to get there before we arrived. When we got there, he was waiting for us at the door. The room was prepared with a small welcome gift, he gave us a tour of the facility, made a special table arrangement for our meals during our stay, and gave us some great tips about the city. The location was very convenient, only 10 minutes from the city center. The room was very comfortable for 2 people and modern inside. Thank you for everything , highly recommended, you can definitely stay here

Siamo stati accolto dal proprietario con un piccolo vassoio di biscotti e una bottiglietta di spumante, ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni su cosa visitare su una mappa della città. La stanza è molto bella e pulita e dista a circa 15 min a piedi dal centro. Il parcheggio sotto casa in strada si trova facilmente a un prezzo contenuto.

חדר מרווח מאד, נח ומאובזר. הכל נקי משופץ בטעם טוב, נראה ממש חדש. המארחים עזרו עם טיפים לבילוי בעיר ונתנו מפה וספר לעיון. בחדר קיבלנו לקבלת פנים 2 בקבוקי מים, יין ועוגיות. הכל אסטטי ומבריק. יש בקומת החדרים מטבחון משותף לחדרים ובו לאורך היום ניתן להכין קפה במכונת אספרסו, חלב, חמאה, ריבה, עוגות וקרקרים. כל זה אקסטרה כמובן. המרחק מהמרכז לא בעייתי כי לכל אורך הדרך עוברים ברחובות יפים של העיר העתיקה, עם מבנים מרשימים של האוניברסיטה ומלא בתי קפה וברים אותם ממלאים הסטודנטים באוירה תוססת. מאד מומלץ!!!

De accommodatie was schoon, ruim en modern. Er was niets op aan te merken. Het bed is erg groot en er is airco aanwezig. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam, hij laat je graag zien waar je allemaal naar toe kunt en hoe je daar het beste kunt komen. Er is een keuken en basis ontbijt inbegrepen met continue toegang tot koffie. Voor de prijs die je betaald prima. Zeer goede locatie als je graag een stukje wandelt. Op loopafstand van het centrum, het station en de congres centra in het noorden van de stad. Het ligt er precies tussenin. Zeer goede kwaliteit/prijs verhouding.

Ik kan niets bedenken. Het enige misschien dat je 3 deuren door moet met 3 verschillende sleutels. Maar dat geeft wel een veilig gevoel! Er is ook camera toezicht.

Minden rendben volt, kedves vidám tulajdonos, szép és tiszta.
