Room sweet Room 2

The location is great! 10-15 minutes to reach the train station, 20-25 minutes to reach the city center and main square. We found good restaurants in the area, markets, a small park, so almost everything you need. The owners are very nice. They gave us messages with the instructions to reach the property, codes, etc.

There's not too much sunlight in the rooms, being on the ground floor. If you plan to rest and sleep until 10 AM, there's no chance !!! You can hear the neighbors from everywhere, even if they speak/walk normally in their rooms. Still, if you plan to wake up in the morning and visit the beautiful city of Bologna, the ROOM can be a good choice 👌

The apartment was clean, tidy with all the necessary contents. The communication with the host was excellent. Pleasant ambience and stay. Recommendation for an excellent accommodation.

A pleasant, cozy place near the city center with all amenities for a short business trip stay. The room and the includes clean towels, is very clean, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a bottle of drinking water, which was very nice, along with croissants and coffee capsules. The lobby has umbrellas, which was a pleasant surprise as I forgot mine. Excellent Wi-Fi. Clean bathroom with soap, shampoo and hairdryer provided. Please bring your toothbrush and toothpaste. Hospitality is felt everywhere, cleanliness all around.

Uncomplicated check-in. Decent room. Great location if you want to see concerts in the nearby venues and really not far away from the city centre. Would stay here again.
