MARCONI 2 rooms

Location is excellent. Air Conditioning - excellent for the heat wave. Bathroom is spacious. Room was quiet. Elevator is very well maintained, clean and spacious. Maintain cost low for more patrons. Customers will appreciate you for unexpected value for the room. If given another chance to visit Bologna, I will stay here again.

Towel provided has a distinct smell, not so fresh/clean smell. It needs some fabric softener. Face/Small towel can be provided for body gel wash since hard soap is not provided. Need hooks to hang hand towel or other towels provided in the future other than the bath towel. Need hooks to hang travel kit bag/s. Main light bulb was not working. Instructions on how to use the TV/Remote are always essential for people unfamiliar with the electronic and in other languages (English will be sufficient).

Il bagno esterno non è proprio pratico e in stanza non c’era un cestino, il tutto dovrebbe costare un po’ meno per quello che offre

Personalul foarte răutăcios le am spus ca întârzii 5 minute și spunea ca nu le pasa ,pe langa asta nu scria nicaieri ca avem baie separata de camera și chiar am închiriat cu baie separata mințind ca nu mai au disponbil dar nu exista deloc baie in camera ,doar separat, și pe lângă asta toate camerele sunt în același apartament mai mare și e fiecare cu cheia ei și baie în comun!!!! Totul foarte jegos ,aveți mare grijă ,nu recomand nimănui să stea aici!!!!! Și mare atenție la proprietate mai cer și o “taxă de oraș” de 8 euro pe zi de persoană , taxa pe care o acceptă doar cash de unde rezultă ca banii ajung doar la ei și fac evaziune fiscală ,și mai ales cer bani în plus pentru a ajunge la alt preț decât cel de pe booking

Zatiaľ najhoršia skúsenosť na bookingu. Majú uvedené, že príchod je možný od 3pm-8pm, ale dá sa vybrať aj možnosť neskorého príchodu, čo som urobil a rezervoval ubytovanie. Po zaplatení mi hneď prišla správa, že ak prídem neskôr bude to brané, že som sa nedostavil a peniaze mi vrátené nebudú. Hneď som volal na recepciu prečo majú dostupný výber neskorého príchodu ak teda nieje možný a či môžem prísť na ďalší deň v otváracích hodinách resp. či by mohli zrušiť rezerváciu a vrátiť peniaze. Recečná odpovedala na všetky otázky ,,neviem´´ a snažila sa hovor čo najskôr ukončiť. Doteraz riešim vrátenie peňazí. Neodporúčam toto ubytovanie ak máte inú možnosť.
