The place is in the city center. Everything is close by. The host told us everything we know to easily check in. The room was spacious, very vintage. The room and bathroom were clean, which was perfect.

By the photos and the room I was booking, I was thinking that the bathroom is inside the room, it turned out it was outside of the room, it was private just for us, it wasn’t that big of a problem. And I saw only our room / room number 2/ has outside private bathroom, others rooms not / I can’t be sure, my thoughts/ but for us it wasn’t a problem.

Location is good, beautiful interior, close to everything you need

Noice from outside, few times woke up because of that. Few time in bathroom was smell of sewerage but it’s understandable, it’s quite old building

Le bruit du restaurant juste en dessous jusqu'à tard! Dommage

Très bel endroit, dans le super quartier étudiant de Bologne (seul point négatif : bruyant et animé la nuit, prévoir des boules quies)

Es war alles super, aber der Lärm von den feiernden Leuten vor dem Haus war sehr störend
