Lovely experience. Great hosts, great place. Feels like a bnb. We would total stay here again!

Not an issue for us at all, but just heads up about truly historic dutch stairs- super narrow and vertical. If you have any mobility issues, this is not the place for you.

"Perfect stay!"

Lovely apartment, in a central location but so quiet and peaceful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We also appreciated the under floor heating downstairs in the morning! Grace was an excellent host and gave us lots of information on the area. Would definitely stay here again.

"Ideal place for a short stay in Alkmaar"

As the title says, this is a 'unique' residence, very close to the lovely medieval centre of Alkmaar but also quiet. Grace and Vincent are welcoming and friendly, and the house is supplied with everything that you would need for a short stay. The train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
