Personal drăguț și amabil,mâncarea excelentă,camera curată,recomand cu mare drag.

Bed was comfortable, location is very good and restaurant next door, does a tasty breakfast (which os paid for seperately) nice shower.

Disappointed because when there previously, the room was excellent with signature on bed linen and towels etc. Not that this is important but it shows how much effort went into my stay. This time was completely different. I took two friends from Ukraine, therefore paid for two rooms. Was surprised to discover we were in a different selection of rooms upstairs. *it just felt like we were in the cheap rooms. Simple, basic and disappointing. Has a small downstairs and both the floor and stairs were an ugly brown and noisy going up the stairs. Strange. Upstairs had a huge bed resulting in VERY narrow section to walk alongside? All very strange. I am just so sad and disappointed. I had been telling my friends how beautiful it is. Plus...I booked two luxury rooms? Whilst there van be a tiny excuse... I didn't book the rooms until 8pm same day... but that doesn't change the disappointment of the rooms. I feel sad writing this because I'm always positive, but I try to be honest.

Personalul este foarte amabil, iar curățenia exemplară. Restaurantul oferă preparate deosebite la prețuri decente.

Baia nu are aerisire așa că trebuie aerisita prin cameră.

Personal dragut, si-au cerut scuze și au încercat sa găsească o alta varianta. Management arogant si nesimțit. (Daca nu ma suna ulterior managementul, recenzia nu era atât de dura/negativa)

Am făcut rezervare si a fost confirmata. Când am ajuns nu mai aveau camere.
