Il monolocale è carino e situato a due minuti a piedi dal centro storico e da via Pola dove vi sono negozi di ogni genere. Essendo al centro bisogna girare un po' per cercare parcheggio, ma vi sono sia stalli a pagamento che liberi. Abbiamo chiesto il check in anticipato e sono stati disponibili in tal senso in quanto non vi erano check out quella mattina.

Purtroppo manca di pulizia approfondita, vi era molta polvere depositata in diversi punti (ventilatore da soffitto, sui piumoni, sotto il divano, sulle spalliere del letto) e all' ingresso in casa si sentiva un forte odore di muffa. Successivamente abbiamo scoperto che tale odore proveniva da un vano interno alla casa dove era accumulata l' acqua (ormai stagnata) di scarico del condizionatore in quanto la pompa che deve spingere l' acqua sul terrazzo non funzionava bene e produceva un forte rumore, pertanto non abbiamo potuto usare l' impianto di condizionamento sia perché il rumore impediva di dormire sia perché pericoloso in quanto l'acqua scaricava sul motorino elettrico della pompa. Abbiamo avvisato l' agenzia che ha subito mandato un referente a visionare il problema ma non è stato fatto nessun intervento immagino per la difficoltà a trovare personale nei giorni a ridosso il ferragosto, ma non abbiamo ricevuto più nessuna informazione in merito. Infine nonostante il check out fosse previsto per le 10, alle 9:30 citofona il personale addetto alle pulizie che aveva fretta di iniziare in quanto "c'era un nuovo ingresso in giornata".

Per una coppia la casa, situata su due piani, è spaziosa e molto ben organizzata. Stupenda la vista dalla terrazza e perfetta la posizione, nel pieno centro storico ma facilmente accessibile lasciando l’auto nei dintorni della villa. Molto gentili i gestori, ci hanno trattato davvero bene. Consigliatissima!

Some basic toiletries like hand soap and more than 1 roll of toilet paper would have been appreciated considering we stayed for 5 nights.

Very nicely renovated. Small table and 2 chairs on rooftop.

No tea bags, coffee or sugar supplied. No hand soap supplied. Wifi (pocket device) didn't work, so no wifi.

Location is good. It's a typical house of Ostuni

There wasn't a door between the entrance door and the bedroom, so it was noisy at noon. There was a problem with the toilet flush that wasn't solve from the agency part. Thanka to my bf we could close the water pipe at night and the sound of dropping water ceased.

Right in between the historic and new center, supermarkets nearby. Very clean and comfortable. Self check in, easy to get in

It would have been great to have some coffee/condiments to use the kitchen. As travellers, it's a bit inconvient to buy 500g of coffee/1l oil. All the other places we have been have provided it to us.

* !!! First and the most important the apartment is very difficult to access. There are 6 stairs to get in the house, then another 12 irregular stairs to get in the kitchen, another15 to get in the bedroom, and again about another 20 stairs to get to the terrace . If you travel together with an adult, is fine, but if you travel like us, together with a 14 month baby and a baby carrier, then the stairs are a nightmare. And is annoying because on booking there is no photo with all those many many stairs. * there is a very strong gas smell in the 1st level bathroom and the kitchen. We were a bit scared about this so we kept the ventilation on our whole days. * we didn’t manage to access the internet * there was also a noise that we heard all the vacation days from AC ventilation * poor cleanliness * insufficient toilet paper * they didn’t change the towels and the linen given that we stayed almost 2 weeks * no knife in the kitchen, we bought one and left it there

This is a really nice small apartment where you can feel like you're home. Thank you. I recommend you to stay here in your visit to Ostuni.

Check in procedure. Owner delegated to Typney. No timely entrance code mail /sms. When you call them, they put you on hold. No place to stop and unload a luggage from the car. Fortunately, neighbourghs friendly and willing to help.
