L'hotel è molto bello e accogliente. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile.

Forse un po' distante dal centro ma affittando un motorino o con un autista puoi arrivare facilmente ovunque.

Beautiful decor and open planning. The hotel dog Coco. Clean change of bed linen when requested, and clean towels provided daily. Breakfast made to order each morning. Staff kindly accommodated to my gluten allergy. Staff member Rikke was kind and helpful. Male owner of hotel visiting at the time provided good advice on the local area and was friendly.

Room unclean on arrival - dirty plaster with blood on shower wall, dead flies within the bathroom, ants, and a cockroach within the soap provided! Extremely loud noise from outside. Doors did not lock fully so no sound proofing. Noise from trucks working all throughout the night and early morning. Other noise from stray dogs, helicopters that pass every 30 minutes or so and motorbikes. Could not relax or have any quality sleep! I understand majority of this is outside of the hotels control, but not prior warning or supplementation was provided. Damp within the bedroom, although told this was not true. Provided with a dehumidifier which had to be emptied 4/5 times per day (obvious damp in the room). Experienced asthma flare up because of same and had to use inhaler! Felt staff did not accept or believe any of our claims and tried to change our minds. Solutions offered were either to downgrade our room for a few nights and have to return to the damp one. No money refunded as used booking.com and already received discount through same? Inappropriate comments made by one of the owners made us feel uncomfortable on multiple occasions - on arrival when finding out where we were from, 1 owner questioned if we were “on the right side of history” insinuating current war that is happening (assuming Palestine and Isreal). Other comments made when giving feedback on the room being damp - asked if my asthma flare up was due to stress? And commented that maybe I should wear more clothes (I was wearing clothes for the gym). Felt these weren’t appropriate and again, just disregarding feedback from our experience. This was the most expensive stay during our 3 week Bali trip and we do not feel it was good value. Sad to have experienced a disappointing stay and hopefully this can be improved.

La habitación tenía un tamaño grande, con una terraza y el hotel esta situado en una colina en medio de vegetación y con vistas al mar. En general lo recomiendo calidad precio y si por supuesto vas a alquilar una scooter

No podría decir de manera tajante que no me gustase. Había ciertos detalles de atención que al hotel le falta pulir. En la zona de la piscina no te facilitaban toalla tenías que pedirla, horarios de cocina bastante limitados, enchufes en la habitación descolocados. Pero en general lo recomiendo

Struttura accogliente e staff molto disponibile. Colazione molto buona ma con poche possibilità di scelta (anche se penso sia così più o meno ovunque). Massaggi fatti molto bene.

Pulizia non perfetta e la mattina in bagno c’era molta puzza di umidità. Una sera su due era finita l’acqua calda. No tv
