It was clean. The location was OK, like 20 minutes to the beach. We also received recommendations about near beaches. I recommend it.

There is no shadows in the parking lot, the car was all day under the sun.

We had a fantastic stay at Apartment Lorena in Rovinj. The apartment is in a great location—just a short walk from the beach (about 10–15 minutes on foot) and within easy reach of the city center, restaurants, and shops. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable visit. The hosts are welcoming and helpful, always ready with local tips and a friendly smile.
