"Quaint place to stay, easy to airport"

Parking is great inside a gated parking lot after you get the access from management

Directions need some work, it would be nice to have a map showing the side entrance

Quiet, convenient & accommodating stay for our early morning flight out of Heathrow.

It was a little tricky for our Black Taxi driver to find, he got it confused with a property in the city and nearly missed it when we got there. Uber had no issue! Easy to get back from the city via Elizabeth line and used Uber vs 20 min walk only because of the rain!

"Pleasant"

The host was lovely and very helpful and it was convenient for Windsor and Heathrow airport. The cabin was adequate and had a kitchen area. Very nice bathroom and plenty of hot water.

The beds were not as comfortable as other places we stayed and it was not as clean as other places either. Thin walls between units so we were kept up later than we wanted and woken earlier than our alarm.

"Cozy cabin"

Comfortable and private. Helpful and friendly staff. I loved the peaceful setting in the middle of a busy area. There weren't any other guests so it was quiet.

The internet service was patchy at best. Mostly unreliable. The address from Booking confirmation wasn't quite right. I had to call to get the correct location. The host was helpful in assisting me to the location. Also, listing stated they accept Amex. Turns out to be wrong. Trying to change payment was difficult because I couldn't get wifi and didn't have roaming internet.
