Location. The style of the place. Free car parking. Friendly people. Free coffee, tea and wine. Pet-friendliness. Everything has been well thought-out. Good WiFi in the room. Our cat was very comfortable there, and enjoyed watching life from the windowsill

The WiFi in the dining room (basement) was too intermittent to be useful (despite there being a booster in the basement). There was no desk/table in the room or the lounge where I could comfortably use my laptop. The above are very minor points at this price point. Unfortunately, in the middle of our second night there, we were woken by something scratching around somewhere nearby in the building. It kept us awake for a very long time. It ruined our night's sleep. We could not establish where it was exactly, but it must have been a small animal.

Апартаменты понравились. Всё было чисто, уютно и комфортно. Мы приехали утром и попросили о раннем заселении, хозяева пошли нам навстречу, за что отдельное спасибо. Так же есть удобная обеденная зона и всё необходимое, чтобы самостоятельно приготовить еду. Расположение тоже отличное: до Старого города можно дойти пешком за 15–20 минут. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. There was a small wine cooler on the ground floor with wine for the guests. 🍷❤️
