No breakfast served. The wifi didnt work in the rooms only in the common areas. Informed the host and response is that it happens. This meant the kids ad i couldnt watch any TV or use the phone outside of using our own data. The pool was milky and we couldnt swim and the host acknowledged this but it had not been communicated prior to our check in

It was very spacious.. The room was absolutely amazing.

We could not use the pool as it was being cleaned but it was okay.

Could not be allowed entry,just entry, not check in. The tone i was adressed with was intolerable I was not treated like a valuable client

Being told that I should have booked in a hotel. I trusted booking.com to advertise accommodations that are accommodation to all kinds of people not segregate people
