The opportunity to be able to boil water

The worst experience. To begin with, I arrived at about 4 p.m. in the afternoon, and there was nobody at the property. I called on the phone, and the owner of the guest house told me to see my room if it was open and check if there was toilet paper and stuff 🙃 LOL. That she was a kind of busy that day. The next day, I could not find anyone to pay to and ask any simple questions. In the late evening, I got sms asking for payment 😅 and with the question about the time I leave the room. To cut a long story short, a cleaner took money the next day. The rooms are dark, not comfortable (I saw almost all of them while looking for mine). The bathroom smells, and I could not guess what. The liquid soap is mixed with water and had a horrible smell, too. It was written that they have fast Internet and it is not true. I had Zoom meetings, and I had difficulties several times. So the thing I managed was boiling water and having coffee and tea, which was also brought by me. One more thing is that it is located not in a very inconvenient area, the roads are horrible and if you have your own car just be careful.

Nice warm and clean apartment. Amazing lounge zone.

Sound isolation is quite poor.

Rude technical director couldn’t answer the question “why booked and agreed reservation doesn’t guarantee a client a room”. We were requested to cancel our confirmed booking right after we arrived to the place.
