Clean apartment, perfect for one night (we had plane early morning)

it would be better if the bathroom was separated from the kitchen by a separate door

This is a room attached to a home. The place was clean, comfortable and the staff there were very kind and friendly.

I had to leave window open to the parking area to keep it cool and there was a lot of noise coming from there over the night with cars arriving and people coming and going. The room was small, but was perfect for the price really.

Our hostess Marisa was very helpful and kind when we arrived late due to a delayed flight. Nice and clean rooms!

Clean and quite large room. Air conditioner worked well.

Paper-thin walls, you can hear everything from other guests. We were kept awake until late and woken up in the middle of the night when some people came in and also early in the morning when some people left. We had confirmation for the requested cot for our child but when we arrived there was none. Even though the bathroom was not shared, it was outside of the room. There was a curtain to separate you from the common area when you came out of the bathroom but I think the owners could install a door if they wanted to. The private parking has 2 spaces, one of them being occupied by the host's car. She allowed us to park behind her but this might not be possible depending on when you plan to checkout.

The location，though not in downtown Pisa，is rather convenient by bus （knowingly most taxi booking apps do not work in Pisa！）. Rooms are very clean and well-maintained，and the neighborhood is beautiful，relaxing and tranquil. Marisa，the landlady is thoughtful，kind and good at communicating with guests from different cultures（plus good command of English ）. We highly recommend this lodging for holiday makers capable of appreciating its overall value.
