Great location, clean rooms and very secure. Easy to access, has an elevator. Also they had water to all guests.

One of the room was quite dark, host didn’t answered when needed, weird smell like gas over the toilet and room, lot of noise from pigeons all day and night from the windows and also you can hear everything from the other rooms.

The property location was perfect and the rooms where very cute and felt very Italian. It was really easy to get into and out with a lift inside the hallway aswell for easy access. The bed and pillows where very comfortable and the room was very spacious. Hot water for showers and a water tank outside for drinking water. The nightlife outside was very lively but in the room you couldn’t hear a thing which was perfect for going to sleep

The price was very high for just a two person bedroom but I believe it was because of the wine festival going on the time we visited. Also the body wash ran out on the first night but we brought our own so wasn’t a massive problem.

Good location

Owner never available even when needed help and complaint for poor cleanliness. The property was probably not hoovered as flys and pigeons’ feathers were on the floor. The shower curtains had mould and was dusty all over the room. I know it’s not an hotel room but I would thought this is basic cleanliness. Sent an email to the owner to bring those things to his attention, also to ask to have the room a bit cleaner the second day, as it wasn’t from the start and sent pictures. Never had a reply, nor even and acknowledgement. We have just been completely ignored for the rest of the stay. Considering that you just pay for the location which is great and very close to everything to visit, I’ll probably say it’s not a good value for money.

The room was nice , not small but also not as big as in the picture. Anyway it was sufficient and nice. It made me feel safe. the security of the entrance .

Finding the adresse . The staff provides you with an adresse which is a a total struggle to find . They say Galleria Pellicciai 8 , you google it and it takes you no where.It is not an exact adresse . I arrived around 8 pm the staff had already left and it took me like an hour with luggage on my hand to go around Verona to find this Galleria . I felt lost . called the number they provide as a contact , no one picked up. Texted in booking to ask for help the only thing they said to me is , repeating the adresse like I could not read on my first attempt . I mean I can read Galleria Pellicciai 8 but the real problem is that what you write as an adresse takes you no where . And the staff was far from being helpful . They could not care less that one of their guests where lost and could not even find the place because the adresse is smth so general and does not take you to the building . The building is totally on another place from the one that google takes you. After One hour of wandering around tired and helpless the only thing that helped me was going all over the description and finding the adresse of the pizzeria close to the building. So only the fact that there was a pizza place close saved me, because the adresse of the pizza was correct. But the staff could not care less that I got lost and could not even find the facility. I mean on their part I could even have slept outside and they would not care less. They didn’t even pick up the phone , left alone to be there and help.

The room was lovely, well designed for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay close to city centre and walking distance to main sights.

No water was available during my stay. The water cooler was always empty. It's a bit confusing with the text messages regarding the city tax collection/not collection.

The bathroom facilities weren’t the best as they were quite basic. The walls were extremely thin and some of the guests were very loud late at night so could here them shouting and moving about down the hall from us.
