Good location, balcony with nice views, overall stylish decorations

We received VERY complicated instructions of how to enter the apartment using digital key, preceded by lengthy registration process (certainly not taking 2 minutes as the email anticipated). The digital key didn't work and we were unable to speak the agent for about 20 minutes (no one was answering the phone). Once we did speak to the agent it turned out the agent had no idea why the key didn't work. We managed to enter the apartment after about 1 hour using regular key hidden in the parking lot, discovering that the equipment for the digital key was dismantled and the agents had no idea about it. This is enough to justify the lowest score. Besides, the flat is pretty run down with some pieces of furniture or accessories literally hanging by a thread. Internet is not working in 90% of the flat; you can get the signal by the entrance door, standing next to the wall only. Not where you typically want to use internet.

The furniture was very beautiful and the view was awesome. The bed was so comfortable. The blinds were automatic.

The floor was very dirty and one of the towel also. Was dust on everything. I would have wanted slippers, maybe a bottle of water and capsules for the coffee machine.

The flat is nice decorated, and well located. Overall it was comfortable and the small balcony is a nice touch. The check in and instructions were clear and easy.

The pillows need an update. The sheets are not comfortable, since the blanket was wrapped between two sheets and kept coming out. There is a kettle, but need to unplug the fridge to plug it in. There was a coffee machine, but no capsules for it.

It was clean and nicely decorated with a homey cosy feel.

The 2 pillows were so low and uncomfortable. There were no extra pillows. There was a coffee maker but no coffee or milk.

It was ok place to stay not no kitchen available inconvenient if stay is planned for a few days
