Lovely host, great breakfast, super close to the beach. Highly recommend, great value for money!

No dislikes, a few plumbing issues in the bathroom but very quickly attended to and resolved.

"Fantastic place in a great location"

Large spotless room with own Terrace. Big bed. Tea/coffee making facilities and fridge in room. Breakfast was served in a very airy terrace too. Large selection of fruits, toast, omelettes, tea/coffee were provided. The host was so kind and helpful. My sandal broke and I asked if he knew where it could be mended and he said he would get them fixed . He even lent me a pair of flip flops. He also arranged mopeds for us.The property was in a great location- 4/5 minute walk to beach and several good restaurants just around the corner.

Water pressure in shower wasn’t very good

Friendly staff person named Chatura. Some of our group of senior citizens had special needs, such as warming up certain types of food — he kindly accommodated always with a smile. Note that couple of rooms are on first floor (easy climb for senior citizens) but others on second floor which is a lot for seniors. We loved the food at a nearby restaurant: Bamboo Garden.

Suggestion for owner —pls keep wiper in each bathroom otherwise water doesn’t automatically seep into the drain.

"Lovely place near everything!"

The place is just walking distance from everything you need: food city, restaurants, beach and a playground for kids. Good sri lankan coffe with the breakfast. My husband is gluten intolerant, and the staff, Chatura, was kind enough to bring different variates of gluten free pancakes etc. Rooms are very clean, and has a very comfortable bed. Good AC/fan and wifi connection. We extended are stay, and where very satisfied and happy!
