Assistance after hours

No proper tap to to fill the kettle. A door in the room that is leading some where had a light shine through. Wifi was poor. Mold in the bathroom. Reception needs work, people received us in PJ's.

The facility does not serve breakfast. But there were kettle and microwave that can be used if needed. The location was good, situated just by the main road, easy to spot. It felt safe. The security cameras rolling. Staff friendly.

Nothing, it was satisfactory. Guests were respecting each other, no conflicts at all, keeping low profile.

"Quiet, clean, relaxing weekend."

Quiet area. Big rooms. Wifi, service oriented staff. Custer focused staff. Gate with remotes. I was in control of what time I moved. This doesn't impact any staff member.plenty parking. The owner gets involved. I really appreciated that.
