Trianca guest house

The host was very friendly, and the guesthouse is so clean and welcoming.

No complains.

The aircon was great.the one room were comfortable. Beds were comfortable.

Lady at reception was not very friendly upon arrival,also when i emailed them,i got very stern replies.one of the staff members knocked on door but did not confirm if she can come in,i was about to go to the door,then she came in and went through to the bathroom to bring a bath mat while me and my husband were resting/sleeping. If you could offer more crockery and cudlery in the kitchen space,dishwashing liquid and a cloth to clean there and some toiletspray. The fridge in room 1 was not plugged in when we got there.there were ants in the sugar container and kettle. Also struggled with changing of the channels due to the dstv decoder being behind the tv. Room 2 seems a little bit cramped due to the sofa couch which was almost against the bar fridge,making it difficult to open the fridge.

The room was good for the price I've paid, the location is in a quiet area.

The facility wasn't so clean for my liking, my room and the next one was divided by a door and I could hear people talking in the other room.

Bathroom is a bit small but it's not a big issue...
