Sahana Sri Villa

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Bentota! The property is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located just a short walk from the beach. The hosts were incredibly kind, always smiling, and ready to provide excellent advice and tips for exploring the area. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared each morning. Their hospitality truly made my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bentota!

There was nothing to dislike

Easy 3minute walk to an amazing beach. The place is a family home, maintained by the delightful hosts to the highest standards. Breakfast each morning was, as everyone agrees, very good.

Rooms are very small, but it is what it is - fine for a short stay! A few hangars in the wardrobe would be a bonus, as the room is small.

Comfortable bed, good and homemade breakfast, and most of all: lovely staff. Mom and son running this (3 rooms) and are the best. Would definitely come back here

Nothing, all was good.

Check in was easy and fast. I was their first guest of 2025 and I felt very welcome. The lady is particularly friendly, always smiling and asking if everything is ok. During my three-week trip in Sri Lanka, this was the BEST breakfast I ever had. There was so much food and all of it was good. The room was super clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The mosquito net was also a great bonus. The AC and fan also worked just fine. Hot water in the shower and good pressure. Super close to the beach and the train station. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Great value for money and I can definitely recommend this place.

The only reason I'm not giving this a 10 is because it is right next to the road and very early in the morning there is some sort of church or temple with a lot of noise which woke me up at 5 and it was hard to fall asleep even with earplugs.

This place is lovely. The room has all the commodities including AC, fan and hot water! It is very close to the beach and to nice restaurants. It's like 15min (walking) away from the river where you can do all the water sports. The breakfast is super nice! The son of the lady running the guest house took me to the airport for a very good price.

Everything was really amazing 🥰 The lady who hosted us was like mother, so nice and friendly, the breakfasts were really big with a lot of fruits and tasted very well! 🤩 Any other place where we stayed wasn't such an excellent jak Sahana Sri Villa, best greetings to Paweł i Sara 🌺🍀🌺

EVERYTHING! The owner is a very friendly lovely lady. The room was super clean, the location is an amazing quiet area, 3 mins walk to the beach. We also got a MASSIVE breakfast. Everything was just fantastic. Can’t wait to visit again <3
