The location is excellent and centrally located in the heart of Catania. The staff were very welcoming and hepful.

The advertising and the property's name are misleading. Guests should be aware that this is a small guesthouse with only a few rooms located on the second floor of a very old building, rather than a hotel with genuine spa facilities. The photos show a bright room with a balcony, but the room I received was very dark, with black furniture and a black ceiling, creating a completely different atmosphere from what was advertised. The "spa" is actually just a large walk-in shower. Moreover, water leaked through the shower door and onto the bathroom floor, making it inconvenient to use.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Zugang zum Hotel ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Hotel ist von Außen nicht erkennbar. Das Personal ist extrem hilfsbereit und nett.

Das Aus- und Beladen des Gepäcks ist umständlich. Man wird jedoch vom Personal sehr gut unterstützt.

"Nowoczesny i czysty apartament"

Apartament zlokalizowany w super miejscu. Wszystko jest nowe, ładnie zaprojektowane. Czyste i świeże.

W soboty i niedziele jest głośno wieczorami przy głównej ulicy. Jeżeli ktoś chce ciszy i spokoju to lepiej wziąć apartament bez widoku na ulicę, a na dziedziniec.

Un personnel très chaleureux et accueillant. Les informations reçues sont claires car l’accès en voiture est un peu compliqué (plein centre ville). La chambre est moderne, le lit est très grand et confortable. L’emplacement est super pratique, il y a restaurants, magasins, bars à proximité. Mais il y a également musée et église à visiter très proche.

Le seul point négatif est l’accès en voiture, il n’y a pas de parking appartement à l’hôtel, cependant une liste de parking à proximité (7’ à pied le plus proche) est fournie.

"Sehr schöne Lage mit tollem Personal"

Wir hatten das Upgrade mit der Sicht zur Kirche. Das war natürlich ganz besonders. Die Lage ist natürlich mega zentral. Man ist gleich an einer der schönsten Straßen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Es ist mit Auto eher eine schwierige Sache. Gepäck erst absetzen und dann den oder einen Parkplatz finden. Eingang ist über den Hinterhof. Nachts ist das zwar nicht gefährlich aber vielleicht zu verbessern.

The front desk ladies were lovely. It was also located right off the central piazza. Easy to get to all of the major attractions.

Super small. Entrance for the lift was in an alley.
