La comodidad del apartamento, su decoración y su ubicación.

Debido a una incidencia,no pudimos hacer uso del Haman.

This was such a gorgeous hotel room with a big living room. They splurged on the design and furniture. Price/quality unbeatable. Would definitely rent this back if I go in te future to Catania. For people who need to work there was a table (4 chairs) in the living room that served as a spacious desk for me. There was also a kitchen in the communal (shared) area. The location is right in an alley full of restaurants. There are paid parking lots in the neighbourhood.

Keep in mind that parking is a 5-10-minute walk (it is Catania), and you take the stairs. Stairs are spacious, but do keep this in mind if you have a lot of stuff.

La habitación verde, es una auténtica maravilla. Súper amplia, con un recibidor con todo lo que necesitas para que tu estancia sea de 10! sofa, mesa,neverita, hervidor, cafetera... La cama súper amplia y el hamman unap auténtica pasada. Súper bien ubicada.

Por decir algo, es un segundo piso sin ascensor.

The manager and the staff were very helpful and sincere. The apartment is spacious. The location is great.

The entrance and the open door of the floor restaurant are bad. There is a need for elevator as the steps to the second floor are difficult and gloomy.

For Catania it was a good neighborhood - close to the street market, close to many great restaurants, walkable to many things. Recommended parking ended up working out well. Newly renovated room.

Lack of elevator in building - had to drag suitcases up two flights. Not really walkable to City Center.
