First of all the room was impeccable! Huge, beautiful, well designed, wonderful sheets and towels, a very comfortable bed with great cushions The cleaning was done well too and the cleaning crew made the room up before we returned for a quick visit in the early afternoon.

If I wanted a Airb&b I would have booked an Airb&b. We didn’t see a single person (except for the cleaning crew). I received a message via booking that would have given me details about my check in but never received it (this would have given me a clue…) once there we stood for a closed door with nobody home nor nobody picking up the 3 different phone numbers of the property. We rang the bell so long that one of the other guests called someone whom finally called us back. The “hotel” is on the 3th floor walk-up. (2nd floor European). Luckily we had little luggage, I wouldn’t want to have to drag a heavy suitcase up those step). Yes, we were late due to our delayed flight and traffic, but that shouldn’t have mattered. Anyway, once the frustration of trying to get in were done we had a very pleasant stay.

Perfect location. Paid parking 1 min walk from home. Perfect and clean apt with everything you need in it

We zijn ongeveer 12 dagen in Sicilië geweest. FilHome 44 was verreweg de béste accommodatie waar we zijn geweest! In eerste instantie hadden we maar voor twee nachten geboekt, maar door onze fijne ervaring dit snel al verlengd naar 4 nachten. Alles was fantastisch; het contact met de host, het personeel, de faciliteiten in de kamer, de inrichting was echt een plaatje (net alsof het van Pinterest was afgehaald), hygiënisch, flexibel, mooie locatie (midden in het stadscentrum), goed geluiddicht (midden in de drukte maar daar hoorde je niks van als de ramen dicht waren) en hoe je het gebouw kon binnentreden.

Alles beviel! Helaas is het cijfer 10 het hoogste wat je kan geven, want dit verdiend echt een hogere cijfer.

The property was located a short walk from the centre of the city but among plenty of cafes and bars so very convenient. The property was beautifully appointed with lots of space and very comfortable. The building was quiet and extremely secure with good access. There was a communal kitchen area if you require self catering and a well stocked fridge of wine which is used on an honesty basis. All in all the property was superb and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or indeed use again if the opportunity arises.

La habitación era espectacular, la ubicación excelente, la limpieza de 10 y todo muy cuidado. Ha sido una maravilla poder disfrutar de este sitio en Catania.

La chambre blue room était très confortable, propre avec de beaux équipements. La femme de chambre était adorable et très aimable. L’emplacement était idéal.

Everything was exceptional. The rooms are just amazing ! Our best rental during our trip!
