La Casa en el Centro

A wonderful place in a lovely town. I'd go back for another stay.

It is a charming hotel, the room was surprisingly big and there was a lovely shower-toilet-sink-tea-wardrobe area. Everything was clean. The host is very nice.

The bed was too short for my height.

A lovely 'ordinary' (i.e. not ex noble) house in an excellent location. Do not expect the lap of luxury at the price but the room and bathroom were huge, the atrium delightful, the lady very helpful. Although there was no fridge in the room a communal one was available with lots of cold or frozen water. We came by electric bike and it was well set up to keep the bikes in safety and charge the batteries. Also, the transfer of our luggage to and from the house seems to have worked fine. A bit hard to find, maybe, as it only has a discreet sign outside - just check you have the right number on the street. No food so necessary to go around the corner for breakfast or, as we did, cycle further on and eat along the way. I always tend to moan that hotels make the lighting too dim. Not a problem here!

Very friendly and welcoming reception by the owner, comfortable stay in a very good location near to the town centre.

Only one thing, the internet was unusable in the room which was a problem for us as we had important business to deal with at the time.
