The staff was nice and friendly

The smell from old beer outside. Bottles should be removed after the new-years eave in the morning after 10 o clock .

There were other guests playing loud music and the staff was doing nothing to address it. The music was disturbingly loud and it looked like the other guests were basically having a party as a group of them had gathered to hang out at the pool area, which was next to my room. I called the no. for the establishment and asked them to address it but nothing was done. So we checked out after a couple of hours of checking in.

We waited outside the gate in a dark street for 20 minutes before they opened because they wanted to first confirm our booking Once they eventually opened the gate, the lady at reception rudely requested i produce proof that i booked Then she checked us in talking her own language and had to guess what she is saying or requiring Eventually escorted to our room the first thing we came across was a half burnt cigarette inside the room by the entrance. Headed for the bathroom, the toilet is liking with visible old marks on the floor, shower and basin tiles had soap and toothpaste marks all over (most disgusting). I tried to be strong, then opened the closet to put my bags, only to be welcomed by a cockroach, that's when i raised my complaint. The lady just came with doom and sprayed the room closed the closet and left. Given that i had a long day and we arrived in town late, i settled, only to be greeted by marks on sheets and a big pipe on the ceiling running accross the room by the headboard. Not knowing what the pipe is for (sewer or ...) we had to swap pillows n face the opposite direction. I have never in my life come accross such a nightmare in one day. I still feel cheated of my funds. We were booked in room2. My partner mentioned the room is probably used by staff and i believe him
