Buena ubicación, personal muy amable, todo estaba limpio. Hay máquina de bebidas calientes en la entrada que para mí es un plus. Pague muy poco para una noche para dos personas, habitación con baño privado , 37€ en oferta ...

Las paredes del baño no llegan al techo, así que cero privacy! Esto para mí no es aceptable! La ventana del baño da a un patio feo y las de la habitación son tres ventanitas pequeñas puestas en alto. La puerta de entrada a la planta cero está siempre abierta , por la noche podría no ser seguro. Las camas no son muy cómodas. Por el precio que pagué no me puedo quejar , está bien para una o dos noches, y si no te importa tener un baño prácticamente open space

This property, Pension Campoy, mismanaged my booking and engaged in dishonest business practices. The confirmation email from Booking.com stated : you will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 2 days before arrival. That did not happen. Then on the day of arrival when I was in the airport at the boarding gate for the flight to Murcia I got an email from Booking.com to say that Pension Campoy had notified them that they could not process my card because the card had been declined. I knew that could not be true as the transaction had been bank approved at the time of booking and that my card was in good standing. Nevertheless I was confused. I messaged the property via Booking.com to enquire as to the status of my reservation. I got no reply. I phoned Pension Campoy. Someone picked up the phone but didn't speak. When I spoke in English they hung up. I concluded that my reservation had been invalidated. Not wanting to arrive in Murcia at about 20.30 hours without a place to stay I made a reservation at a different hotel while the flight was boarding. When I contacted the bank later they stated that no attempt had been made to charge my card and that no transaction had been declined. Pension Campoy had given false information to Booking.com. While I was airborne on my way to Murcia they charged my card and now they claim that as a cancellation fee. By their actions of giving false information to Booking.com, by causing my card to be invalidated, by not responding to my request for clarification and by hanging up on me Pension Campoy has caused a breach of trust and has therefore invalidated the reservation. Furthermore I don't think I would have felt safe there after their behaviours in relation to this booking. They now have an obligation to refund the cancellation fee that they have grabbed. In my view Pension Campoy is a disreputable business and ought to be kicked off the Booking.com platform.
