P2 Kevin's Charming Houses

Excellent accommodation! My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few days, we really enjoyed it and we can definitely recommend this place! Super clean, welcoming and modern room which offers you literally all the amenities you need and even more. We were positively impressed by the fact that in the room was a small FREE mini snack/breakfast bar, tea, coffee, sugar (refilled everyday if used), kettle, coffee machine and 2 bottles of water upon arrival. We were very satisfied and happy with our stay. So, we can definitely recommend with confidence ⭐️😊

A small minus is just the fact that you can hear in the room the cars noise from outside

The staff were very friendly, and very responsive. The room is finished to a high specification and has a Dyson hair dryer, which is great if you have long hair. I can't fault the room or the facilities and I would recommend to anyone.

In order to enter the property you need to be contacted via your phone to organize a meet up at the property, so if you are an international traveller and your phone carrier doesn't activate straight away you will need to find wifi to contact the host. For most people that wouldn't be an issue but they don't have say, a manned front desk you can walk up to or a lock box to get keys. My door card stopped working that evening, but I think that was an anomaly. I contacted the host and they called down to let me in to the room within 20 minutes. Not a real problem more annoying if you're tired. Overall very minor issues that were easily dealt with.

We liked the balcony, wireless charging, fresh renovation, and many interesting gadgets. Good value for money. Friendly owner

Lack of elevator

Modern look, room service every day, it was very clean.

The street in front of the apartment was very noisy from the early morning hours. The bed had an uneven mattress with a dent in the middle.

Everything was perfect! Highly recommended

Apartment was very new and had everything you need. The host was very nice.

Location maybe, because it was a bit far from centre. On the other hand, aparment was close to beach and good restaurants, had supermarkets near and finding parking was easy (in september)
