"Good Location but bad check in and check out"

Great location and well equipped

Check in & check out was so bad. It took around 30 mins to check in. Check out took less time but you had to agree a time and wait for someone to come to check the flat. I would have liked to have just left the keys in the post box on check out as if I wanted to leave earlier than arranged I could have.

The space is solidly equipped. The owner is extremely kind. Good location for visiting Verona.

The apartment is in the attic above the second floor (no elevator). There are only skylights.

Good location for visiting wineries near negrar

Bath didn't have a plug, so couldn't be used. Pictures didn't match, because only top floor was for us. Check-in was in person, which is fine, but checkout was in person too, which was a little uncomfortable (she waited outside for us)
