Apartments Oliva

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Handtücher wurden automatisch alle 3Tage gewechselt. Alles sehr sauber und liebevoll im Detail eingerichtet. Eindeutiger Wohlfühl- und Erholungseffekt.

Wir hätten gern ein kleinen Backofen gehabt. Aber ich glaube das das dort allgemein so üblich ist. So mußte man halt immer früh mit dem Auto los und frische Brötchen holen. Vielleicht doch ein wenig abgelegen wenn man nicht unbedingt die Autobahn nehmen möchte sondern die Küstenstraße. Da braucht man doch immer etwas länger um in die schönen Hafenstädte zu kommen. Aber vielleicht auch nicht gerade schlecht, so sieht man halt auch mehr von der Halbinsel.

Lokalizacja - dobre miejsce wypadowe do pobliskich miasteczek; campingów oraz plaż. Super basen oraz grill. Spokojna okolica - jeśli ktoś preferuje.

Very friendly, very supportive, nice building and environment.

The apartement Oliva with Melitta and her husband has been in an excellent and very clean condition. The interior, furniture and the archictecture of the building, the pool (with lights in the evening) are excellently done. As we have been just married, Melitta did decorate the bedroom upstairs the wedding deco, that was nice :) We enjoyed the silence in the night and our own breakfast and dinner, sitting on the terrasse.

Some neighbours had worked with noisy machines in their gardens in the evenings. But the short cut grass did avoid moskitos, this was the benefit of the noise :)

Very clean. New building and features but built with authentic design and feel to suit area. Wonderful property!!!

beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful craftsmanship throughout. unique wood and stonework, comfortable furniture, big terrace, perfect vacation kitchen, swimming pool, location - 10 min. from novigrad, markets, beaches, 10 minutes to istralandia water park. would be easy day trips to porec, funtana, vrsar, rovinj... lovely couple who renovated the place themselves live on the ground floor - very easy, sweet and helpful people.
